Spirit is the invisible loom,
the silent architecture.
It does not sit beside the fire, the stone,
the wind, or the wave;
it is their wisdom already awakened within the higher self.
It runs through them,
a quiet stitch pulling the heavy clay of the root into the wild expansion of the air.
Without this thread, the elements are merely raw force.
With it, they are a symphony.
The pressure of the earth, the heat of the blood, the drift of the mind, and the flow of grief are bound together.
Braided into a single breathing architecture.
You are not a fragment of nature.
You are the place where all of nature meets,
recognizes itself, and becomes whole.

Author’s Note
Elemental Hymns is a collection of poems written in honour of the five sacred elements from which we are born. Each piece is woven from a place of gratitude, reflecting the quiet wisdom these ancient forces offer and the many ways they guide us toward our highest good.
This series was my way of offering thanks to the elements that shape our lives, our bodies, and our spirit. It has been a joy and a privilege to weave these poetic hymns.
